Report
A plain-language breakdown of what we found
What happens
Within a week, you receive a written report covering every task we observed. For each one, we tell you: can it be automated? Should it be? What would it save you? And whether it needs AI or just a straightforward automatic process.
What to expect
A clear document — not a pitch deck. It names specific tasks, estimates time savings, and recommends next steps. You keep this regardless of whether you work with us.

Nothing. We deliver it; you read it at your own pace.

We implement what the report recommends
What happens
If you decide to proceed, we build the solutions identified in the report — whether that's AI agents that handle complex tasks or simple automations for repetitive processes. Everything runs on your own systems — your data doesn't leave the business. We handle the technical work; your team doesn't need to become AI engineers.
What to expect
A project timeline, clear milestones, and regular check-ins. We charge fixed fees based on the complexity of the solution.

No. Our free audit will tell you exactly what you need. Sometimes that's an AI agent, but often it's just a simple rules-based automation. We'll always recommend the simplest, most cost-effective solution for the task.
We offer three paths: we can hand it off to your team completely, provide a training session so your staff can manage it, or you can keep us on a monthly retainer for ongoing support and updates. It's your choice.
